Bring delivery notes, instructions, contacts and open issues. Expand each review area to check or edit it, then prepare a handoff you can copy. Delivery does not mean acceptance.
Just exploring? Choose Fictional sample in “Start with” for a guided example without an AI request. Manual mode is for your own review without AI. Switching modes keeps your current input; keep this tab open to retain your edits.
Why we built this (opens a new tab)Your project · Context, ownership, and gaps
Can someone else take it from here?
Organize what was delivered, how to use it, and what still needs an owner.
Selecting Organize sends document text and notes through BitTek’s server to OpenAI. Omit passwords, API keys, and confidential information. AI drafts need review; delivery, warranty, support, and acceptance are not independently verified. Nothing is sent or assigned.
Review the handoff and its gaps
Source statements are not independently verified. Expand an area to review its evidence, owners and unresolved items. Editing does not establish acceptance.
Step 1 of 3 · Interactive sample
The work’s finished. Can someone else take it from here?
Give the next person the context, instructions, and open items they need.
Willow Supply
A weekly reporting tool has been delivered with a quick-start guide and a sample report. The packet still needs a reader, an issue owner, and a decision about support.

Open the delivery packet
These are real sample contents. Opening a document does not mark it reviewed.
Read the project’s source notes
- Delivery note: the sample tool processes sales and stock CSVs and prepares a weekly summary for a human to check.
- Agreed sample boundary: a person reviews possible duplicate rows before sharing. Automatic duplicate removal was not included.
- Remaining delivery item: rejected-row messages need source row numbers. The current log names the file but not the row.
- Support note: Alex at Cedar Works was suggested as a contact. No support hours, response times, or ongoing terms were agreed.
- No recipient review, acceptance, issue owner, or target date is recorded yet.
A deterministic sample with fictional data—not a real delivery verification or acceptance record. Edits stay on this page; refresh or reset clears them. No uploads or notifications.
Step 2 of 3 · Close the gaps
Try this: assign the unresolved issue and mark the operating instructions reviewed. Then see what changes in the handoff.
Who will run the report?
Delivered does not mean reviewed. Reviewing instructions does not mean accepting the project.
Read the operating instructions
What has someone actually reviewed?
These are simulated visitor choices. “Accepted in this sample” records no real client acceptance.
Read the sample report and check notes
Give the open issue a next step.
A failed row is harder to find without its row number. The report can be used with manual investigation. At delivery, this item was still open.
A target date is a plan, not a completion date. Marking this sample resolved does not verify a fix.
How is this different from the known limitation?
Possible duplicate rows require human review before sharing. That was an agreed boundary of this sample, not an incomplete delivery item or automatically a defect.
Who handles support after handoff?
Alex at Cedar Works is a suggested contact. That suggestion is not a support commitment.
Step 3 of 3 · Create the handoff
Make the next step clear.
You can hand over useful work with open items. Keep the unknowns visible and the next actions clear.
Text edits stay here. Changes to the review above require regeneration before export.
