When it helps

People leave the same meeting with different ideas about what was decided and who is doing what.

What to bring

Meeting notes that include what people actually said. Keep tentative proposals and unclear dates in the source rather than filling in the gaps yourself.

What happens

AI proposes items with supporting excerpts. Move through the review step, correct wording, owners and timing, then generate the brief. The fictional sample uses a predefined extraction; manual mode lets you build the record yourself without AI.

What you leave with

A brief you can edit, copy or download as text after reviewing the items. Use it to confirm the conversation with your team.

A short example

Input. Fictional Willow Supply meeting: pilot the weekly report with the office team; Riley prepares a draft next Friday; backup coverage remains undecided.

Result. Decided: pilot the weekly report. Action: Riley prepares the draft; confirm the calendar date. Open question: who covers the report when Riley is away?

Example only. AI wording can vary; this is not an interactive result.

Why it works this way

A confident summary can hide an unresolved question. Keeping decisions, actions and open questions separate makes it easier to check what was actually agreed and what still needs a person to decide.

Your judgment stays in the loop

A suggestion is not a decision. Confirm unnamed owners and relative dates such as “next Friday.” Compare the brief to the source before sharing.

Current practical limits

This does not record meetings, assign tasks, send emails or verify agreement. AI can omit or misread notes. AI mode sends notes to an external provider; sample/manual modes run locally. Refresh/reset clears page edits.
