Bring meeting notes, not a polished summary. Review decisions, actions and questions against their excerpts, then edit and copy or download the brief. Nothing is assigned or sent.
Just exploring? Choose Fictional sample in “Start with” for a guided example without an AI request. Manual mode is for your own review without AI. Switching modes keeps your current input; keep this tab open to retain your edits.
Why we built this (opens a new tab)Step 1 of 3 · Your notes / sample / manual review
What did we decide—and who’s doing what?
Separate the decisions, the next actions, and what’s still open.
AI mode sends your notes through BitTek’s server to OpenAI when you select Analyze. Avoid confidential information. AI can miss or misread details: review every item against its excerpt. Sample and manual modes run locally. Edits clear on refresh or reset. Nothing is emailed or assigned.
Step 2 of 3 · Review the brief
A clear record, with evidence.
Open an item to inspect its source and edit it. Assignment in the notes does not mean the owner accepted the task.

Step 3 of 3 · Export
Leave with a usable meeting brief.
Review the wording and unresolved details. No email, calendar event, or external task will be created.
CSV uses the reviewed action fields, not manual edits in the brief. Formula-like cells are exported as text.
